The guys here were amazing! They got me in quick and were upfront and honest about what needed to be done. I mentioned basically going to get a second opinion and they said go ahead and they’d beat that price. Everything was top notch, the work, the facilities and amenities, the people and the overall experience.

I went in with an oil leak on the rear of my transmission, they were very busy but still got my truck in the shop in about 20 minutes . 30 minutes later they had figured out where the leak was coming from and noticed I had a bad u-joint and hanger bearing . They got it all fixed and got me back rolling ; same day. This shop did a great job , I really appreciate the effort . I was down a total of about 4 hours and then back to.making money .

Plus, he’s a genuinely good guy who treats customers with respect.The staff is just as great—friendly, patient, and always willing to help. They actually take the time to explain things, which is rare these days. Best part? They get you back on the road FAST. I ended up in Arkansas and was referred by a dealer to Central Arkansas Truck and Trailer. I’m not sure why Freightliner shops in the area won’t work on a Freightliner with a Caterpillar C15 engine, but that’s how I ended up here. I brought my truck in for an electrical issue—nothing related to injectors or engine performance. However, they went ahead and swapped injector 5 with injector 6, which they should not have done. After that, my truck started running rough and lost power. The next day, they tried to diagnose injector-related problems that didn’t exist before they worked on it. That was never the reason I came in. When I took the truck back to my mechanic, he confirmed they had no reason to touch the injectors at all. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame my mechanic, who had recently done the overhead. Overall, this experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Work was performed outside the scope of the original issue, which created new problems that weren’t there before.

Best shop in Little Rock! They work hard to meet my demands and never disappoint. Fair price for great work. The bill is always less than I expect.
